Thorpe Park is one of the UK's best theme parks if not the best the theme park opened in 1979 but only got good in 2000 when Tidal Wave and got there 1st big coaster in 2002 with Collosus the worlds 1st 10 looping rollercoaster there has only been 1 other coaster in the world with 10 inversions and that is a badly themed version of Collosus... I think. Then in 2003 Thorpe Park got a Inverted coaster in Nemesis Inferno. In 2006 Thorpe Park got Stealth what was at the time the fastest ride in Europe until Portaventura got a coaster called Furios Baco which is 3.9 MPH faster than stealth but not as tall but a main feature Furios Baco has got that Stealth hasn't is an inversion. Very reasently Thorpe Park invested £13.5M in the worlds 1st horror based coaster in Saw-the ride with a terrifying 100degree drop from 100 ft with ques regulary over 3hrs.
Thorpe Park is Open at the moment it opened on 14th March and closes on 9th November.
